Moving into a home with previous residents?

Property transition request — If someone else lived at your address before you, use this form. The board will update the property records, deactivate old accounts, and set you up cleanly. It typically takes 1-2 business days.
The board will be notified right away and will contact you within 1-2 business days to complete the transition.
